Panaderia Dimas-Alang
was the first known bakeshop in 1919 which was established in Pasig and was founded by Ambrosio Lozada in the same year. The name of the shop shared the same pen name as the one that our national hero Dr. Jose Rizal used which adds to its prominence in the early days of Pasig's entrepreneurial career.



It is not only known for being the oldest bakeshop in Pasig, but also for serving the best quality of baked products to the Pasigeños up to this day, so if you are planning to visit the city of Pasig, you should not miss the oppurtunity of stopping by Dimas-Alang.

Here are some of their best sellers that are very popular among the Pasigeños and is a must try when you visit:





BICHO-BICHO
- A twisted bread that is deep fried and coated with sugar.















ENSAYMADA

- A spiral shaped pastry topped with margarin, powdered sugar and cheese.












HINDI KO AKALAIN
- A sugary pastry in the size of Scrabble tiles.















BONETE
- A hat shaped bread.




For the past decades that Dimas-Alang has been running and many bakeshop has appeared in the city, Pasigeños number one go-to-bakeshop may it be for almusal, miryenda, or for special occasions, has remained to be Panaderia Dimas-Alang.

  1. There's a cake there in Dimas Slang that our family really love, the cake that looks like a "tasty" bread, I forgot the name of that cake. Guess I might buy it again if I feel like it.

  2. This bakery makes some of the best egg pies in Pasig. It's one of my favorites, and it's affordable.

  3. I've tried their brazo de mercedes and trust me they are amazing (especially if you're a sweet tooth)! Their egg pies and ensaymadas are my family's fave, because they're creamy and delicious! I just wished they were available for ordering online, so we would be able to try it without leaving home.
